I work in a metallurgical laboratory and my hands are in cold water against sharp metal, grinding stones and abrasive sand paper most of the day. You know it’s a hard day when turning the dial on the microscope hurts! My Mom was visiting from the east coast this weekend and gave me some of your healing balm in my Easter basket. I am happy to tell you in the last 5 days my hands have gone from a dried shredded mess to something that might resemble a woman’s hand!

I love Badger Balm. I cook all the time. Sometimes I get a bit careless when taking food in and out of the oven. I am always touching my arm, finger or back of hand on the edge of the oven. (I forget to wear my long oven mitts). Of course when I do this, I get burned. As soon as I realize I have burned myself I get my tin of Badger and smooth it on. If I do this right away, my burn does not blister and I do not have a scar and it heals much faster. If I wait and the burn has a chance to blister, it's too late. The burn takes forever to heal and I get a scar. It is amazing. I have never had a product that has worked like this on burns before.

I have battled eczema on my hands for years. It’s gotten much worse lately. I’ve been to the dermatologist. I have tried everything OTC. (Well, it feels like I’ve tried everything!). The dermatologist gave me a steroid cream. That burned. It did not help.

I am just writing to thank you for making such a great product. I am working down at the South Pole and brought down your healing balm for my hands. It is one of the driest climates on Earth here and I had heard horror stories from my friends that worked here before I did about how bad their hands would crack. I just want you to know that I love your products. I originally tried the healing balm last winter for the slits I get on my fingers from the cold dry air and heat. It immediately alleviated the pain and healed them in a few days. It also smoothed out the tips of my fingers which are so rough in the winter that my 5 year old complains when I put oil on him after his bath. I have tried a couple of the oils and currently am using the Sleep Enhancer Massage Oil - mostly for the scent. I tried the baby oil and did not care for the smell. He has really dry skin and it works better than anything else I have tried. Recently my husband had poison ivy and I recommended that he use the badger healing balm. He wasn't sure of that and kind of laughs at me (or used to) because I use it for almost any skin problem including bug bites and a strange rash on my daughter's knees. It completely healed his poison ivy in a few days. He is now a believer too. I recommend it to all my friends, recently to one with eczema and I'm sure it will help. I wish I could sell it because sometimes it is hard to find. I order online myself but could probably sell it right out of my house.Thank you for this wonderful product.

I just wanted to make a comment about Badger Healing Balm. I have had psoriasis on my elbows for the past three years. I have tried several prescription and over-the-counter medications without any success. When my husband suggested I try your healing balm I figured, why not (I really wasn't expecting much). For years I have suffered with cracked fingers and hands which can really get sore. I have tried everything to heal the cracks. One day I bought a can of Badger Balm to see if it would help. After about a week of applying the balm, my hands cleared up and remain clear.

I also suffer from fever blisters and Badger Balm helps get rid of those pesky sores also.

Recently I picked up a tub of your healing balm, and it is miraculous!

I have suffered for most of my life with a dry skin condition on the thumbs and palms of my hands, causing serious flaking, reddening and disfigurement to the surface of the skin. I've tried all the lotions and potions under the sun, but to very little effect.

After just two weeks of applying badger, the skin has healed and has already returned to its normal colour.

Having visited your country recently I was relieved to find a product in a Cracker Barrel Store which has been the only relief to my hands in twenty years. I teach outdoor wilderness survival to the children, something I have chosen to study as a result of my time spent at the camp as a child. Due to the nature of my job, constantly switching between hiking and canoe trips each week, my hands would get incredibly dry and cracked. When my usual cream ran out I used some Badger Balm on my hands, which were cracked and sore. To my surprise they felt better the next morning - so much so that I have kept on using your product and not returned to the other lotion. I have eczema and very sensitive skin and am very careful about what I use. Your product is great! It absorbs fairly quickly and does not irritate my skin at all. I also used it all winter as a face moisturizer; on my daughter's cheeks during the sub-zero weather to protect her face; on my left ear lobe when some earrings irritated and my left ear infected; and on my husband's shins to heal up a nasty chafe rash from his boots. As the spring and summer have advanced, I just keep finding more uses: sunburn, heat rash, etc. I am just thrilled to have found your product and wanted you to know it.

I first became addicted to your badger products when I needed some relief for my dry, chapped hands. I am a biologist who is studying badgers in British Columbia where they are an endangered species. I spend a lot of time digging in the dirt, or out in the elements watching and following badgers. Of course, I was drawn to the store's badger display and had to try something. I started with the hand balm and it worked marvellously!

I have been studying badgers for the past 3 years, and am part of a team of people who are developing conservation initiatives for the species. Historically, badgers were trapped for their fur or exterminated, and now habitat loss, prey declines, and highway mortality are keeping populations at dangerously low levels (less than 300 badgers are left in British Columbia!). Hi! My name is Anna and I love using your products. So much so, that, after an injury to my pup's feet, I even started to use them on my maltese-poodle, Mishka!

It just happened that one day, I was walking Mishka around the neighbourhood and she stepped on some broken glass and the pads of her feet got a little cut up. After I carried her home, I washed her feet off and tried to disinfect the cuts, but she was having none of that! A couple of days went by and poor Mishka just wasn't herself. She wouldn't move, her little feet obviously were hurting her, and I had some 'healing balm' on my hands, and it hit me... I grabbed the tin went over to her, and rubbed some of the balm into her little pads of her feet. Not only did she enjoy her little 'paw-pad massage', after a couple of days, she was back up on her feet & ready to go! I still use the 'Plain Balm' on her rough paws, and she loves it, her little feet are conditioned, supple, and free of cracks (especially in the winter), I call it her 'paw-pad beauty balm'.

We are enthusiastic users of your wonderous product. Our sixteen-person trail crew works hard all summer building rock steps and log bridges on the hiking trail of the Adirondack Park. As you can imagine, our hands and feet get trashed by incredibly rigorous labor and harsh conditions. We live in the backcountry for five days at a time, and your product is the only thing that prevents our hands from total devestation.

Just wanted to say thank you for making such a wonderful Product. I have been actually using it for our dog's skin condition. He suffers from excessively dry skin. He scratches all the time and ends up with sores. I found Badger Balm in a local restaurant that we went into and my Husband said why not give it a try? Nothing else was working. Your product had amazing results in about 6 days. The Balm helped stop his itchy skin and healed the sores faster. I still use it on him when he needs it! It is less expensive then the medicine the vet kept giving us but a bit harder to find. Glad you have an online site so now I can order when ever I need to.
