"Super Strong"

Austin Cooper on 4/12/2010 5:21:20 PM

Comments: I am currently using this bag as my college school bag. But I have also used this bag for multi-hour deep-woods off trail hiking. I have dragged it over rocks and snagged it on bushes, thorns and low hanging branches. I have used this bag every day for the last 5 months and It looks brand new! It hold my 15.4 inch laptop for school and when you have a 32 oz water bottle and a camelbak you can hold 4 liters of water comfortably when hiking. Its a great Bag!

"Sweet pack."

herperdan on 4/6/2010 7:41:10 PM

Comments: I have been a long time lurker on the site and I must admit that I love all of the packs available. So far I love the pack. It stores all of my EDC items and still leaves me a ton of room to bring home work and home work from school. It goes to show that someone thought long and hard about designing these packs. Thank you Mexpedition.

"Luv it"

Comments: I am a "gear junkie" Max-p are my favorite gear bags. All of them well thought out. I use them for EVERYTHING! Travel,hiking,camping,emergency,business... I wish you made a monsoon for the left shoulder. "HINT,HINT"!! Great all around bag.

"Great Bag"

brentcolorado on 1/30/2010 4:46:40 AM

Comments: This is a great bag! Its very high quality-the materials are very good. The sling design is very good also. I bought this backpack to review on my website (www.thedollardoestravel.com) because it is a perfect bag for travelling. the price is a little higher than other low quality bags-but this bag is well worth it. It's my favorite bag for when I travel. 5 stars.

"Monsoon is perfect"

Violent Penguin on 1/10/2010 9:20:01 AM

Comments: I am in the Law Enforcement/Corrections field. I originally bought this bag to take into the facility with me to hold my lunch, my extra gear, paperwork, ect. I am amazed by its durability. I have taken this bag on day trips into the city, camping trips into the mountains, carry on for flights and more. I manage to carry a change of clothes, a average size notebook, extra gloves (leather and latex) extra restraints, cell phone, wallet/checkbook, folding knife, pens, sanitation items an additional side arm and more. The bag has held up great and Ive owned and used (really used and abused) it for over a year now and it looks and feels like the day I took it out of the box. The zippers are sturdy and tough. The extra places to clip additional items or pouches are plentiful. Also I have never gotten a "man purse" jab once. It looks and preforms amazingly. If you are looking for a good EDC/concealed carry bag that will last, you just found it.

"Now thats product placement"

trollinacave on 10/22/2009 7:03:21 AM

Comments: I've had this bad for a couple of years and now I'm seeing it everywhere. First on the t.v. show 24, then on StarGate Universe. And now, I just started playing the PS3 game Uncharted 2 - Among Thieves, and there it is again. This is one great bag.

Comments: Just returned from India from a medical trip, was up in the East Bengal region,mountains.... This bag is GREAT,overbuilt, overengineered, and highly reliable. "almost full..."

cj cogan on 10/16/2009 8:40:03 PM

Comments: Im an EMT. I spend 10-16 hrs in a truck everyday. since we never go back to base I need to carry books, water, food, gloves (nitrile and entry), bandanna, change of clothes, pens, paper, music, shaving gear, etc. this bag holds all my stuff and still has room for more. YIKES! A+ quality. in the winter I fit 2 jackets/hat/gloves under the center flap. other guys carry as much stuff and need duffel bags. I love this thing.

"Works in the Rain"

JR on 9/30/2009 3:37:33 PM

Comments: Great bag that is built tough. I recently made an overnight trip from South Texas to New Mexico. Enough room for clothing plus all of my travel stuff. Coming home with passengers, it was tossed into the bed of the truck and suffered through heavy rain for at least 1/2 hour. Everything was bone dry

"monsoon get's it over with!"

chase axinn on 9/11/2009 9:05:34 PM

Comments: There are a few good choices for smaller slingers, and i like my malaga, but when i have to grab a pair of binoculars, a few books, and still be able to take some musical gear, you know the monsoon'll do it! This bag get's an "A" in comfort, and an "A" in "yes, i can take that, that, and that item as well". Drop your "Neatfreak" right in, and you have your "drop in" organizer as well. Then, put a "halfafug" on the side pocket with key hook, and there's your leatherman, flashlight, wallet and PDA, right on your side! Thanx Maxpedition!!

"life line"

Andrew on 9/8/2009 10:20:42 AM

Comments: I work for the army and travel every week. I live out of this pack! it's been to Iraq twice and AFG once with me and the only complaint I have is that it could be bigger (for the cold days). It is very well thought out for combat or normal travel. The small zipper pocket is great for your passport. Attaching a bottle holder on the side will free up you H2O pocket for base layers.

"Love the Monsoon!"

Dan in Boston on 9/4/2009 4:15:20 PM

Comments: I'm not a soldier [thanks GIs for all your service!] or trying to look like one, I'm just a guy who wants some gear that won't crap out on him...this Monsoon is built for the long haul, loaded with features and has attachment points and pockets all over the place. Yet, it doesn't scream "I'm a badass, look at me!" it just gets the job done in a well-designed way. 10 seconds out of the shipping box I was unloading my old EDC and transferring contents. You will not be sorry at all!
