Medium bodied backpack with serious expansion capability

The popular CONDOR II™ backpack has a medium-sized design, but its surprisingly spacious interior can accommodate over 1950 cubic inches of gear and a 100oz/3L hydration reservoir with b-directional tube port (not included). However, what really makes the Condor II unique is that it's designed with more exterior PALS webbing than any Maxpedition backpack available. Its load bearing capability can be expanded greatly by using TacTie™ Attachment Straps to interact with a variety of Maxpedition® external pouches, pockets, and accessories.

The Condor II will remain a comfortable carry no matter how much gear you decide to pack or attach, because it's ergonomically designed with padded, curvaceous backpack straps, sternum support, and soft, breathable back padding.

Cleaning Instructions
  • MAXPEDITION's nylon fabric is treated with Dupont Teflon for superb water and grime resistance.
  • To clean, simply wipe down with a damp cloth. Allow gear to dry naturally.
  • Do not machine wash.
  • Do not use detergent or bleach.

"Versatile"

Comments: Two features that do not seem to get mentioned are the two loops on the top of the pack and the short straps on the main pack straps. I use these straps or loops (by passing bunge cords through the loops) every day to attach light jackets or heavy winter coats to the top of the pack. I live out of my backpack, and living is much more convenient with this pack. The backpack straps took some getting use to, since they are stiff, but now I do not even notice them. Comments: I've owned this bag for over two years. It holds all of my gear in a compartmentalized fashion, for example: Main compartment holds a mini-sleeping bag, clothing, mess kit, fishing kit, medical kit, hatchet, folding shovel... Top (small) compartment holds flashlights, lighters, candles... Bottom (larger) compartment holds a multitool, knives, paracord, repair kit, workgloves, handgun, ammo... I use the thin waterbladder sleeve to instead contain my UnderArmor, socks and balaclava. I highly recom... More details

Comments: I carry this bag with me everywhere. (No, really.) I keep all my survival gear in it. Capacity is great, and the PALS webbing allows me to strap on my cell phone, short-wave transceiver, some GRIMLOC D-rings, and some carabiners.
