Comments: This pouch sits on the front of my assault pack and does its job very very well, it has seen most of CONUS and shows no wear or tear. It stores multitools, spare flashlights, batteries, etc. very easy and keeps it all secure.

Comments: It's stating the obvious with that review title. With several professional reviews from military or field work that know their stuff, I'd just add that this pouch really does work with backpacks (Kodiak in my case). Easily holds a Ka-Bar MULE and full-sized Leatherman Core (multitool), small book, train schedule, with room for more. I have mine mounted on the back, so there's no impeding arm motion in full stride, as one might get with a side-mounted Janus (so that's now dedicated to my Colossus... More details

Comments: Great front panel attachment, or pack pouch. Maxpedition makes some of the most tough and rugged products I know, and they didn't skim on any of the features of this little pouch. I proudly own two, and will likely purchase more - it is THAT versatile.

Comments: I use this mostly for pens,maps,reference book, etc. I love the high security pouch for storing my I.D. and money. I also have my name and a I.R. patch on the outside. Again another great product with thanks to mil-spec monkey!
