Terms & Conditions for Submitting an Image to Maxpedition-In-Action

CUSTOMERS MUST UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO BE QUALIFIED FOR THIS OFFER:

• If you submit a photo for us to highlight in our Maxpedition-In-Action galleries, we will send you a one-time use coupon code for $10 off when you purchase $50 or more.
• Good on qualifying new orders placed on Maxpedition.com; phone orders are not qualified.
• No price adjustments for previous orders.
• Discount applies only to in stock regular priced items; discount cannot be applied to Closeout, Sale, or Open Box items.
• Submit high-quality photos to PHOTO@MAXPEDITION.COM.
• Please include your name, where you are from, and some information about the photo (where you were, what you were doing, what you carry in your pack, etc.)
• By submitting your photo, you agree to grant Maxpedition permission to use the image for marketing purposes.
• Photos must be in good taste and meet our standard for quality. Maxpedition retains sole discretion to determine whether or not a submitted photo will be displayed.
• Once the review has been approved by Maxpedition management and added to the gallery, you will receive the coupon code via E-Mail within 3 business days of approval.
