    Pigmy Back pack

Purchased to carry modular boxed fishing gear and lures. Modular tackle boxes fit perfectly, with more than adequate room for extra reels, flylines, leaders, and other miscellaneous fishing items. Pack can be hand carried with ample hand strap or thrown across one or both shoulders while carrying rods and/or rod cases. Great medium size pack which can be used for any number of needs.

    Best backpack

I like the size, the comfort and how the spaces are divided. Comfortable for walks or use for work. Soon I will use it on a short trip.

Perfect replacement for my messenger bag.

I've been using a high-quality messenger back produced by a major manufacturer as my EDC bag for about four years. Over time I became less and less satisfied with the bag. The quality and construction was excellent, but the bag itself just wasn't working for me. It lacks the compartmentalization I needed, so things that I seldomly needed yet liked to regularly carry often interfered with my access to items I needed to get at regularly, even daily. Maxpedition had been on my radar for some time so I took a look at their offerings and decided that this pack would probably serve as a good replacement for the messenger back, and I must say that I was not wrong. The smaller front pocket holds items that I need to access most frequently, and makes them easy to get at. The larger middle pocket gives me a space for medium sized items that I need somewhat regularly but not usually on a daily basis. Finally, the main compartment holds things that I can't do without, but don't need daily, in my case an umbrella, a first aid kit, gloves, and a few other doohickeys. I saw some reviews of this pack which claimed the side pockets do not hold a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle. I'm not sure what those people are smoking, because the pockets on mine hold one perfectly. I purchased this pack in the grey color. I think it makes for an excellent, high-performance EDC pack which has "tactical" features but does not look like I am playing G.I Joe. If you're looking for a high quality EDC back to carry a moderate load of necessaries I would highly recommend giving this pack a long look.

I Love this pack. I have two of them. It is the perfect size pack for so many different uses. Light weight. The pack looks even better in person. I keep one in my vehicle as a bugout bag and the other for longer all day hunts.
