1. How does the BOGO or Buy 1, Get 1 Free promotion work?
1. Place at least TWO(2) eligible items in your cart.
2. Each of the next sequentially lower priced item(s) will automatically be reduced to $0. The quantity of the items you will receive is equal to the quantity of the items you add to your cart.
- Example A: If you order ONE(1) $200 backpack and ONE(1) $50 pouch, you will receive the pouch at no cost. You will receive TWO(2) items in total.
- Example B: If you order TWO(2) $200 backpacks and TWO (2) $50 pouches, you will receive ONE(1) backpack and ONE(1) pouch at no cost. You will receive FOUR(4) items in total.
- Example C: If you order ONE(1) $200 backpack, ONE(1) $150 backpack and ONE(1) $50 pouch, you will receive the $150 backpack at no cost. Because the pouch is not paired with another item, it will not trigger the BOGO offer. You will received THREE(3) items in total.
2. Do both items have to be the same?
No. You can mix and match as many eligible items as you'd like. You can choose different colors of the same style, or completely different styles. The free item(s) will be the next sequentially lower priced item(s) in your cart.

If you have made a mistake on your order or address, we recommend cancelling your order and placing a new order with corrections. However, we cannot guarantee the items in your original order will still be in stock or the new order can still be eligible for the BOGO deal.
11. Can I exchange or return items from BOGO?
