Wish I had found this years before
I spent a number of years experimenting bags of different size, and different quality, for an EDC bag that suited me. I just feel like I'm better prepared to handle a variety of problems if I have a nicely equipped EDC bag. And time after time, bag after bag, what I bought was too small ... or it was to flimsy ... or it wasn't versatile enough ... I just had BIG problems with every bag I found. And then I bought a Fatboy Versipack. Suddenly, I've got a bag that is big enough to carry ALL the items from a carefully designed EDC equipment list. But not as big as a backpack ... you don't want your EDC bag to weigh 20+ lbs now do you? It's also extremely well compartmentalized. Enough zip up and buckle down compartments so that you can logically separate your equipment into the categories that it NEEDS to be comparmentalized into. And, last but not least, it's sturdy like you just wouldn't believe. The ONLY problem i've ever had with it is the smallest nylon buckle on the front of the bag that I had to replace once. And that repair was a whopping $2. This bag is without a doubt, the best, most useful, best organized and sturdiest bag that I have ever owned. Additionally, it is THE most comfortable to carry bag that I have ever owned. I've still got it, I still carry it with me EVERY DAY ... and have done so for something like the past seven years. Would I recommend it? Hmmmm ... let me think about that for a minute ... snort!
Maxpedition. Fatboy Versipack
We really enjoy this new red maxpedition Fatboy Versipack because it is so well sewn and filled with great zippered pockets. It is ergonomic and easy to carry around for hours.
Working Pack
GREAT pack, as a home inspector I carry some small tools and a camera normally during an inspection. Rather than load up pockets I got the versipack and work much more comfortably. Great addition to my Falcon II, Pygmy Falcon, and Thermite Versipack!
Maxpedition is quality
I purchased the Fatboy to supplement my Jumbo Versipak on days when I don't need as much volume for everyday carry. The quality of materials and workmanship is superior to the many knockoffs. You get what you pay for.
